AL'S VIETNAMESE PORK SALAD
1 pack of 14 Rocket Meatballs
4x Fresh sub roll or 2x French baguette
Fresh mozzarella (or your favourite melting cheese)
2 cups of your favourite marinara sauce
2 handfuls of fresh Rocket or Spinach
Finally sliced spring onion
Pan fry the meatballs on each side until they are starting to brown. Add the marinara sauce to the pan and cook until heated through. Cut the rolls in half long ways. For French baguettes, cut each one in half so you have four rolls first and then cut each of four long ways. Spread Rocket Fuel sauce on the base of each roll then spoon 3-4 meatballs on top of the sauce. Add extra marinara sauce if you like them to be sloppy. Place cheese across the top of the meatballs and grill for 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are crispy. Add Rocket Boost on top of the cheese and then serve with fresh rocket or spinach and spring onions.
